Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Because most of our orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be issued directly to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the transfer to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
